The installation process for SmugGateway isn't too nasty. Especially if you install stuff in the default locations.
Firstly, download it here.
Run the MSI file (it's a Microsoft Installer file)
If you don't have .NET installed you'll see the following:
Just follow the link to the website and download the redistributable, unless you're running a 64bit processor
you want this one:
And then restart the installation process.
If you have put everything in its normal place (under Program Files), then the next thing you'll see is
The only reason you need to restart Photoshop is because it scans its script folder on startup, so the new
script won't be picked up until you restart.
OPTIONAL
If you like at this stage you can add a custom key-combination. This is done in CS2 by Edit | Keyboard shortcuts.
Then select File | Scripts | SmugGateway and add your new shortcut.

Please see here for usage instructions.
If you have installed things in odd locations, then the install process is only a little more tricky...
If you are installing the gateway to another location, it will ask you during the install process where you
are installing it to. I know this is annoying and un-necessary, it will be fixed in a later realease. For now you'll
see something like the following
Don't panic, just navigate to where-ever you told it to install SmugGateway to, and select the exe file, as below
A similar thing is going to happen if it can't locate a specific file in Photoshop's script folder. You'll see
This is a touch more annoying. You need to hunt down Photoshop's scripts folder, the difficulty is there is more
than one of them. You need the one in the Presets folder. This contains a bunch of jsx files. Such as Image Processor.
They're the thigns you see under Scripts in the file menu. An example of what it looks like is below:
Just select any of the scripts.
You should now all be done.
If you have any problems, contact me here and I'll try and get back to you.
